Who is Lori?

Hi, I’m Lori Osborne, Founder and Chief Solution Architect of BizBolster Web Solutions and creator of The Credibility Foundation™ and Credibility Platform™.

I work with established financial professionals and service-based business owners who have built strong reputations through years of experience, but whose online presence doesn’t fully reflect the level of trust, expertise, and professionalism they’ve earned.

My role is to bring clarity to that gap.

Through strategic brand positioning, messaging, and credibility-driven website development, I help ensure that when someone searches for you, what they find reinforces confidence—before the first conversation ever happens.

Why This Matters to Me

My path to this work wasn’t conventional.

After facing serious health challenges, including a meningioma brain tumor, a stroke, and a mostly blind eye resulting from a brain bleed, I came out of that experience with a very clear perspective: what we build—and how we show up—matters.

That clarity shaped how I approach my work today.

I don’t believe in hype, shortcuts, or surface-level marketing. I believe in building something solid—something that reflects who you are, what you stand for, and the level of trust your clients place in you.

Because when your digital presence is aligned with your real-world reputation, everything else becomes easier.

I’ve spent over 25 years in technology and more than 16 years as a business owner. For over a decade, I’ve helped professionals clarify their positioning and build online platforms that support trust, visibility, and long-term growth—without unnecessary complexity or constant reinvention.
