BizBolster Reputation Manager Terms of Service
Last updated October 13, 2026
These Terms govern authorized use of BizBolster Reputation Manager, operated by BizBolster Web Solutions, LLC (“BizBolster,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the application, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to act on its behalf.
These Terms address use of the application. Fees, service scope and other commercial obligations are governed by any separate written agreement with BizBolster. These Terms do not replace that agreement or override applicable law or a data provider’s requirements.
Authorized access
The application is provided for BizBolster’s authorized administration of its own businesses and client businesses. It is not open for public account registration. Access may be limited to designated administrators.
You may connect or import information only for accounts, business locations and data you own or are authorized to manage. Keep access credentials secure, use the correct account, and notify BizBolster promptly if authorization changes or you suspect unauthorized use.
What the application does
The application organizes reviews, connects supported sources, identifies potential duplicates, and applies review status settings. The current Google connection reads accessible accounts, business locations and reviews. It does not publish replies, edit listings or modify reviews on Google.
Automatic processing may mark an eligible review Publish and a review below a client’s configured minimum rating Excluded. Possible duplicates may be withheld for a decision. Manual Hold, Excluded and other administrator choices can affect eligibility. A Publish status in the application is not a guarantee that a review has already appeared on a website.
External website or spreadsheet delivery requires its own enabled connection. Synchronization also depends on valid authorization, source availability, platform limits and the configured schedule. Review records may change when the original source changes.
Review content and permitted use
Reviews and other imported material may belong to their authors or be subject to source-provider terms. Connecting a business profile does not by itself grant unrestricted rights to republish its content. You are responsible for having the permissions needed for the use you request.
Do not create fake reviews, impersonate reviewers, misrepresent the original rating or meaning, remove required source attribution, or use the application to mislead viewers. A selection of testimonials must not be represented as a complete, unfiltered set of customer reviews. Internal display choices do not change a source platform’s overall rating or review count.
Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, use another client’s information without authority, or provide third parties with unauthorized programmatic access to BizBolster’s Google API project. Data use and storage must comply with applicable provider requirements.
Your settings and responsibilities
Confirm that each business location is mapped to the correct client and that rating thresholds and website destinations are appropriate. Review flagged exceptions and keep required permissions and client authorizations current.
Client-selected publishing rules control which records are eligible for display. You remain responsible for the accuracy of claims made on a client website and for complying with laws and professional rules that apply to that business. BizBolster does not guarantee that displaying reviews will improve rankings, sales or other business results.
Third-party services and availability
The application depends on services such as Duda, Google and SoTellUs. Those services may impose separate terms, quotas, authorization requirements or interruptions. BizBolster cannot guarantee continuous availability, immediate synchronization, or that duplicate detection will identify every possible match.
The application is an independent BizBolster service. API access does not imply a partnership with, sponsorship by or endorsement by Google or another provider.
Privacy and ending access
Application data is handled as described in the Application Privacy Policy at https://www.bizbolster.com/reputation-manager-privacy.
You may revoke a Google connection through your Google Account and contact BizBolster to stop service for a business location or request deletion. When an authorized client ends BizBolster’s Business Profile management, BizBolster will provide a way to disassociate the client’s profile from its service and developer project within seven business days, as required by Google’s policy.
Stopping a connection does not remove original reviews from their source or automatically remove content previously exported elsewhere. Separate client agreements and applicable provider rules govern any transition or permitted record retention.
Changes and contact
BizBolster may update application features or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the application or an appropriate service notice. Any new use of Google data requiring additional permission will require that permission before access.
Questions about these Terms or requests concerning access should be directed to BizBolster Web Solutions, LLC at https://www.bizbolster.com/contact.
